IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Westshore Counselling is moving to 211-2840 Peatt Road - above Rhino Coffee in the Langford Business Center.

We are looking forward to this change and we will be slowing switching to the new space. Jennifer and Michele are at the new office and Smiler, Sara, Sean, and Randy will be starting January 1, 2026. Please be patient while we are in transition and remember to book into the new office for appointments after these dates.

Below are instructions to make the transition smooth:

1) Park in the underground parking lot or outside around the building. Free 4 hour parking is available in the underground lot before the yellow line.

2) Between 8am and 5pm Monday - Friday,ride the elevator to the 2nd floor to the Langford Business Center. Once there, enter the waiting area, help yourself to tea or coffee, and have a seat. Your counsellor will come get you from the waiting area to bring you to the office.

3) After 5pm and on weekends, please wait in the first floor reception area. The entrance to the waiting space is next to Rhino Coffee. Your counsellor will come down to the waiting room to collect you and walk with you to the appointment.

He is a Canadian Certified Counsellor who uses CBT and works with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and/or unhealthy anger. With couples and families, he can help to deepen relationships, grow communication, and build trust.

Sara is a compassionate counsellor who believes that every person deserves a space where they can show up as themselves, feel understood, and feel safe to explore their inner selves. Sara’s approach is warm, collaborative, and respectful of uniqueness and strength. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, low mood, stress, and life transitions while offering a supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful life changes.

Sara especially enjoys working with teens and young adults to build confidence and develop coping skills so they may feel more in control of their mental health.

Michele is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who works with individuals and couples. She strives to provide a non-judgmental, safe space where individuals and couples can feel heard, grow, and heal.

Michele can provide assistance with conflict, challenges, anxiety, burnout, depression, boundary setting and communication difficulties.
